However, even in these cases, an examination can be made to verify whether there are other factors of failure.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The examination includes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Hysteroscopy, i.e. check of the uterine cavity for endometrial polyps, adhesions, fibroids. Along with the diagnosis, the treatment performed is their removal.<\/li>\n<li>Endometrial biopsy to check for infections<\/li>\n<li>Check for thrombophilia (blood clotting) and treatment with aspirin or heparin<\/li>\n<li>Pre-implantation diagnosis of fetuses (PGS)<\/li>\n<li>Assisted embryo hatching if the casing is thick<\/li>\n<li>Improved embryo transfer technique<\/li>\n<li>Tubal re-section in case of hydrosalpinx<\/li>\n<li>Differentiation of stimulation protocol<\/li>\n<li>Test for sperm DNA fragmentation<\/li>\n<li>Karyotype of both parents<\/li>\n<li>Intrauterine injection of platelet-rich plasma (PRP)<\/li>\n<li>Uterine scratching<\/li>\n<li>Control of the mother\u2019s body weight<\/li>\n<li>Psychological support for the parents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Repeated implantation failures after IVF are cases in which, despite the satisfactory number and good quality of embryos, there is no pregnancy in more than two IVF cycles.
